Site engine

Blackheart Tech Forge runs on a small custom engine. Static pages and a shared layout wrap everything; projects and updates are each driven by JSON — title, date, stub, tags, images, and body content.

PHP picks a template per entry, builds the lists, and powers search. Add or edit JSON and the site updates — no compile step.

Project write-ups (like the AI Dart Turret) are separate from this note; this one is just about how the site itself is put together.
